How much is the rebate?

Rebate is a percentage based on buyers agent commission and usually offered as 33% of the commission. For example if a house is listed at $700,000 and buyers agent commission is listed as 3%, you can get upto 33% of buyers agent commission (only if buyer initiated contact with agent).
